Inspired by ancient gorges, carved into the earth over thousands of years.
Slightly larger than the original 'Gorge 002', but made to be as exact as possible with the central weaving.
Woven by hand using the finest Egyptian cotton, using the traditional tabby weave and a self developed signature knot. The frame is completely handmade in house... cut, drilled, scorched with a blow torch and finished with the highest attention to detail.
This piece can also be hung vertically on request (I'd just need to add more flush hooks to the back of the piece)
Weaving: Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified (no toxic chemicals),
100% Egyptian cotton.
Solid Oak: Sustainably sourced & 100% FSC approved.
Wood finish: Eco friendly ‘Odies Oil’.
All my pieces arrive ready to hang, with special wall hooks supplied (you just need the correct wall plugs for your wall). I also include a Certificate of authenticity for each individual piece, signed & dated.
